“SAVE WATER SAVE LIFE Campaign” Every Drop Counts
‘Save water save life’ campaign was organized by Jamaat e islami Hind [JIH Malwani] in which a HUMAN CHAIN of 200+ students was formed. The chain extended from Block no.7 to Block no. 6 of Malwani. This was to promote the water conservation techniques amongst local residents. Students actively participated with banners, placards and leaflets. They were shouting slogans ‘Save water save life’ and ‘ No water no life.
Eight Local schools of malwani participated in this event. Two large displays were setup at both the blocks portraying the drawings of the school children. The whole event was co-ordinated by STUDENTS ISLAMIC ORGANISATION [SIO], YOUTH WING [YW] and WOMEN WING [JIH malwani]. It was coordinated and appreciated by the MALWANI POLICE DEPARTMENT and also the local residents.. Best drawings and essays were also awarded during this event by senior members of JIH Malwani.
